Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Simple, oven roasted potatoes that are a quick side dish with your favorite protein.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Yellow potatoes, cubed, skin-on
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Parmigiana
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine, potatoes, oil, cheese and seasonings. Mix to coat. Pour potatoes onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, removing and tossing after every 10 minutes.
- Season extra parmigiana and parsley before serving.
