Roasted Cauliflower
This garlicky roasted cauliflower has been a part of my weekly veggie prep for the past few months. Simple, yet packed with flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, sliced in 1/2 thick "steaks"
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter. melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cauliflower and break up wedges into bite-sized pieces. Add to pan and drizzle with butter and oil. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss again to coat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower begins to crisp.
