
Blue Cheese and Fig Jam Tart
A flavorful spread to serve on crackers or nestled into phyllo tarts with a bit of fig jam
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 4 boxes mini phyllo tarts
- 1 jar fig jam
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream and onion powder until well combined. Stir in walnuts and chives and chill at least one hour to blend flavors.
- When ready to serve, spoon a 1/4-1/2 tsp of fig jam into each phyllo tart. Top with a scoop of blue cheese mixture and sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
