Blue Cheese and Fig Jam Tart

A flavorful spread to serve on crackers or nestled into phyllo tarts with a bit of fig jam

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • 4 boxes mini phyllo tarts
  • 1 jar fig jam

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream and onion powder until well combined. Stir in walnuts and chives and chill at least one hour to blend flavors.
  • When ready to serve, spoon a 1/4-1/2 tsp of fig jam into each phyllo tart. Top with a scoop of blue cheese mixture and sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
