Blue Cheese and Fig Jam Tart

A flavorful spread to serve on crackers or nestled into phyllo tarts with a bit of fig jam

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 4 boxes mini phyllo tarts
- 1 jar fig jam
In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream and onion powder until well combined. Stir in walnuts and chives and chill at least one hour to blend flavors.
When ready to serve, spoon a 1/4-1/2 tsp of fig jam into each phyllo tart. Top with a scoop of blue cheese mixture and sprinkle with additional chives if desired.
