A dense, sticky chocolate treat similar to a truffle
- 1 tbsp butter
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
In a pot over low heat, melt the butter, condensed milk and cocoa powder, stirring continuously until you can see the bottom of the pot for 2-3 seconds when a spatula is dragged through.
Pour mixture onto a greased plate, then chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Using buttered hands, shape chilled dough into small balls. Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles
Serve, or refrigerate up to 2 weeks,
