Christmas Tea 2022--Ham Salad Rye tea sandwiches
Quick and tasty open-faced tea sandwiches
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ground ham
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 12 squares dark rye or pumpernickel party bread
- sweet pickles for garnish, optional
- cheese for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and divide evenly atop each rye bread square. Garnish with cheese and pickle.
Notes
- You can ask your butcher to grind ham for you, or grind yourself with a meat grinder. Kitchen Aid makes a great grinder attachment for their stand mixerÂ
