Sweet Chili Meatballs
These tangy meatballs are a great game day appetizer, or as an easy main course over steamed rice.

- 1 2 lb bag frozen, pre-cooked meatballs
- 2 8oz bottles sweet chili sauce
- 1 14oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- chopped green onion or parsley for garnish
In a small saucepan, heat cranberry sauce until melted.
Whisk in chili sauce and orange juice.
Place meatballs in slow cooker and pour sauce over them
Cool on low for 4 hours.
- You want to use bite-size meatballs. You can make your own meatballs, but I find that high quality beef, or turkey, meatballs work great in this recipe.
- I prefer Sweet Chili Sauce from Fresh Thyme. Heinz, or another chili sauce, will also work. If you like spice, a Thai chili sauce will really add some heat.
